  1. I made this program so that I would be able to check my octal and hex conversions
  2. on my assignments in Tech School.  I am not sure how large of a number can be
  3. converted, but it does some very large numbers from my own experience.  The
  4. responsiblities of the use and if you so desire misuse of this program are the
  5. responsibilty of the user.  The author holds no responsibilities as to the
  6. compatibility, or the consequences of damage using this conversion utility.
  7. I have used it numoruous times on a 286 based machine running Dos ver 6.2
  8. with doublespace and have experienced no adverse problems.

  10. This program is public domain and the author expects no payment for the Utility.

  12. to any problems, ideas, or general critique on the program.
